The PSOE of Zamora has already registered the letter of questions in the Cortes of Castilla y León to obtain a written answer from the Board about the closure of the San José School of Infant and Primary Education and its “frustrated” merger with the Foundation Trilemma.
Specifically, the Procurators of the PSOE of Zamora, José Ignacio Martín Benito, Ana Sánchez and Carlos Fernández, want to know “from what date the Junta de Castilla y León became aware of the possible merger of the Siervas de San José School of Early Childhood and Primary Education with that of the Trilema Foundation, which operates in the so-called “Colegio del Tránsito” in Zamora, granted by the Provincial Council ”.
His main concern is to find out “what actions the Junta de Castilla y León has carried out to avoid said closure” while urging the regional Executive to arbitrate a series of solutions for those “students who have been studying at the San José school and that they had reserved a place for the next course.
In the explanatory statement, José Ignacio Martín Benito, Ana Sánchez and Carlos Fernández report that “on Thursday, May 20, 2021, the School of Education and Primary of the Servants of San José, located on Avda. De Requejo de Zamora, has communicated to the parents of the students who attend said center that “the project to merge the schools San José and Trilema, unfortunately cannot go ahead … The Congregation is pending to conclude a joint agreement between administration, employers and unions to specify the conditions of the closing of the center for the coming academic year ”.
