The two establishments signed a merger agreement on April 29
The constitutive convention of the Bergerac Health Cooperation Group (GCS) was signed Thursday, April 29. It confirms the regrouping of the surgical activities of the Pasteur clinic and the Hospital Center, by 2023, on the site of the hospital. It is the continuation and the realization of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two establishments on July 30, 2020.
Supported by the Regional Health Agency, “the objective of the cooperation between the two structures is to carry out an ambitious project to reorganize the surgical care offer,” explains a joint statement between the two establishments. And thus guarantee the population the sustainability of quality surgical care in the Bergerac region. “
