Today, the State Examination Center (SEC) will conduct the civil service entrance exam for positions corresponding to groups BA and BB, which belong to type B of administrative positions in the civil service (administrative executive positions). SIA informs that the exam will start at the same time in all buildings – at 11:00 and will last for 3 hours.
Candidates arriving after 10:45 a.m. will not be admitted to the exam. You have to come to the exam hall at the time mentioned in the admit card. It is forbidden to bring mobile phones and other means of communication, electronic devices, calculators, electronic data carriers, books, notebooks, magazines, synopses, information booklets, dictionaries, tables, bags and other aids to the examination building. Candidates are requested not to bring any extra items to the examination hall. All this hinders the efficient organization of the release mode work and its timely completion.
Candidates registered to take part in the exam should go to the website of the Ministry of Education and Science and print the “Examination Admit Card”. Along with the graduation certificate, they were also presented with a “Candidate’s memory book”. Here, candidates are given important recommendations regarding the examination process, the rules they must follow and other necessary information.
Candidates must bring the following documents to the exam:
– the original of the identity document;
– “Examination admit card”.
The exam will be organized in 13 buildings in the cities of Baku and Nakhchivan through paper carriers. A total of 3,213 candidates have registered to take part in the exam, including 625 for the BA group and 2,588 for the BB group. 13 general exam supervisors, 35 exam supervisors, 293 supervisors-teachers, and 45 graduation regime employees were allocated for conducting the exam.
