The Civil Guard has proceeded this morning to evict the occupied house in the avenida das Mariñas in Oleiros, in the zone of Perillo, after an order of the Court of Instruction number 3 of A Coruña. In the car, the magistrate indicates that the investigated recognized that they illegally occupied the property to get them to manage a social housing.
The instructor highlights that in the days prior to the occupation, the defendants voluntarily evicted another home, upon payment of the owner, which shows that we are dealing with a common practice. It understands that the legitimate owners have been deprived of the use of their home by third parties who would not have authorization to reside in it, so it orders the security forces that “with the means at your fingertips“, proceed to launch and evict the property.
