The Civil Guard qualifies as a terrorist attack the run over at Torre Pacheco in Murcia last week in which two people died. According to the report from the Armed Institute, the content of which Cadena SER has had access to, the perpetrator ran over a person and then blew himself up with a knife that was stuck in the heart.
The report also includes the statement of a witness who assures that he saw the van driver agonize while reciting Qur’anic verses with references to Allah. The witness present in the outrage testified the same day of the event.
According to this document, the perpetrator of the outrage is of Moroccan origin and arrived in Spain at the age of 12 in 2004. He is a lonely actor with no direct connection to DAESH.
