Initiated by Ifsttar, the “City of the Future” project aims to renew the forms of scientific and cultural mediation and to decompartmentalize knowledge by combining expertise and skills. Its objective is to extend reflection on the city and promote co-production between scientific, intellectual and cultural circles. It is also a question of opening up the transmission of scientific knowledge to a wider public via the cultural structures that work in the territories.
