During this first stage of the regional phases, discussions will focus on the theme “Cooking and 0 hunger in the world: what synergy to achieve the objectives?” “.
This planned national tour, according to Jean-Paul Agboh-Ahoulété, Managing Director of Focus Yakou and commissioner of FESMA, reflects the organization’s desire for an inclusive approach and also responds to the request of several associations which are increasingly concerned about the issue of promoting local consumption, healthy cooking and the organic sector.
As a reminder, the second edition of FESMA will be held from April 26 to May 7, 2023 in Lomé at the Togolese Exhibition and Fair Center (CETEF) around the theme: ” cooking and the SDGs: rethinking the culture, sharing and consumption of food ».
