What comes into the budget goes there, and the city uses it as needed, but according to the mayor, money is not the most important thing.
It is said that the key is to manage to limit the number of drivers who drive through the city quickly – and Chlumci nad Cidlinou are not a complete exception, even those who have 80 on the speedometer.
