The city goes green after the victory of Anne Vignot

It is one of the first victories reaped by environmentalists this Sunday. Anne Vignot leads with 43.83% of the votes for this second round of
municipal elections in Besançon, ahead of Ludovic Fagaut (LR), at 41.61%, and Eric Alauzet (LREM), which collected 14.55% of the vote.

In this city of 116,000 inhabitants, Anne Vignot was lead in the first round, with 31% of the votes, ahead of Ludovic Fagaut (23.6%) and Eric Alauzet (19%). She had in particular
benefited from the division within LREM.
