The Citizen Security information commission, held this morning, has evaluated the ratification decree that includes the resolution of demands raised by the National Police regarding the land transfer file carried out some time ago. Specifically, the document that will be transferred to the plenary session includes a new surface measurement and the registered property number of the plot.
The procedures for the demanial mutation of the property, located on Sevilla Street, began on February 10, 2022. At that time, the preparation of a file for the free transfer of this plot began, a process that would culminate once approved definitively by the City Council both the Detail Study and the parceling of the same, based on the determinations of the current PGOU, qualifying the uses of the parcel for the provision of public service.
Once approved in the plenary session on Thursday, December 5, the decree will be sent to the General Directorate of the Police to continue with the definition of the construction project of the new Police Station.
On the other hand, this morning’s information committee also discussed the provisional approval of two modified detailed studies in Alcaidesa Cortijo, a procedure whose objective has been to update both files and which, as in the previous case, will be included on the agenda of the December plenary session.
