The Cinema Palace Honors Artist Hassan Youssef under Ministry of Culture’s Auspices.

The Cinema Palace, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, honored the artist Hassan Youssef, under the supervision of the artist Tamer Abdel Moneim, in the presence of his daughter, director Adel Awad, and many of his close friends, the press and the media.

The artist, Hassan Youssef, spoke in the symposium held to honor him, about the artist, Tawfiq Al-Dakan, saying: “One of my best friends, but he was used to drinking alcohol in an unusual way, and this was causing him problems with me and in his work, so when he went home he used to utter insults at all those in the residential neighborhood, and he goes to sleep, and when he wakes up he doesn’t think of anything.”

He added, “The sons of Al-Dakin decided to keep their father away from drinking alcohol, and they planned to film him without him noticing while he was very drunk, and when he woke up, they showed him the video and he looked suspicious, and from that moment on he decided to stay away from drinking alcohol forever.”

It is worth noting that the last artwork in which Hassan Youssef participated was the series “Al-Daher”, which was shown in 2019, starring Muhammad Fouad, Ferial Youssef, Raghda, Tamer Abdel Moneim, Madeleine Tabar, Engy Sharaf, Ahmed Mounir, Amira Hani, Samira Mohsen, and Alaa Zeinhom.
