The CIA’s multi-prong: Israel must be sacrificed, but not entirely

/Pogled.info/ As the United States deploys aircraft carrier strike groups (AUG) off the coast of Palestine, the Arabs are increasingly threatening to send America’s iron idols to the bottom, to the Roman triremes. There will be a choice to dive: either the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford, which deployed its strike group to the eastern Mediterranean on October 10, or the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, which is still heading for the hot spot across the Atlantic but will arrive in a week . Or both, if luck strikes like September 11, 2001.

Lebanese rebels from the Hezbollah movement were the most extreme in their intent to attack US airfields. That is, the very fact of the presence of American AUG in the region increases the risk of Lebanon being drawn into the Palestinian-Israeli war, which is frankly not in Israel’s interest.

Although the Eisenhower and Ford aircraft carriers are formally intended to warn Israel’s Arab environment against sudden moves in support of the Palestinian resistance, in reality they can only provoke aggression. At the same time, specifically in relation to yourself. Because it’s bad to be big and tasty at the same time, mammoths won’t let you lie.

It is clear that aircraft carriers, as envisioned by the Joe Biden administration, must loom off the coasts of Lebanon, Israel, and the Gaza Strip as an unshakable symbol of American hegemony, a biased arbiter and judge.

But from the point of view of combat use, the presence of two AUGs is clearly superfluous, since, apart from the guerrillas, no sane Middle Eastern country has declared an intention to enter the war on the side of Hamas.

Iran, the main independent player in the region, is not an active party to the conflict. Iranian intelligence services were not aware of Hamas’ preparations for an attack by militants from the Gaza Strip on Israeli territory on October 7 – this is allegedly verified information by the CIA.

Israel emphasizes in every way that it will not start a war with Iran, nor Iran with Israel. Official Iran, however, issued a call to Muslims on behalf of Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian to unite in the fight against the Israelis. Abdolakhyan did not rule out the opening of “other fronts”. But this is more of a figure of speech.

Turkish leader, the belligerent Recep Erdogan, has talked enough about a sentence at Guantanamo, but neither Israel nor the United States intends to involve Turkey in the current redistribution of territories.

Egypt is also said to have committed a crime against Tel Aviv because Egyptian intelligence “knew something but did not report it in sufficient detail.”

However, no one seriously considered the possibility that Egypt would seize the moment to invade the Promised Land and repeat the Battle of Kadesh (which took place between the Egyptian Empire and the Hittite Empire in the 13th century BC).

The question then is – why does the United States need two aircraft carriers along with support ships “on the roads” in the Mediterranean basin, where there is little room even without them?

But if the US came not with a scalpel, but with a club, and the goal is not deterrence, but escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, with the transfer of hostilities to neighboring countries, then a business trip to the region of such a strong irritant as a pair of AUG is a logical move.

It is possible that the thick bodies of Eisenhower and Ford served as targets for Arab missiles, UAVs and water drones. Of course, aircraft carriers are protected by the ships, submarines and aircraft of their strike groups.

But these are very large targets, and modern weapons allow a combined attack on AUG with the help of a modest sabotage unit.

The temptation is too great. The death of the aircraft carrier as a result of such an attack is excluded, but the fact of the attack itself will be enough for the United States. A small sacrifice will allow the carrier group to participate in the war on the Tzahal side.

Moreover, the alliance’s war will most likely not be limited to the Gaza Strip.

In this context, by the way, the question arises: did American intelligence really miss the Hamas attack on Israel?

Maybe she still knew something, but she decided to play the game, sacrificing one and a half thousand Jews (to the number of dead Arabs, and not only them – look at Ukraine, and before that Iraq, Afghanistan – the Americans have always been indifferent, aborigines are not to be pitied)

Why do they need this? Well, after that, they will take complete control of the entire Middle East. No one is going to fly aircraft carriers around the world just like that – it’s a very expensive pleasure.

It appears that the October 7 attack by Hamas on Israel is just the beginning.

Curiously, on October 14, the US State Department gave the green light for the departure of US government officials and their family members from Israel.
