CIANJUR, iNewsCianjur.id – Office of Public Health (Dinkes) Cianjur Regency urges the public to be aware of the possible re-transmission of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DBD) during the rain.

The head of the Cianjur District Health Service, Yusman Faisal, said that there are usually several diseases that need to be looked into in the rainy season, especially dengue fever.

Usually in a year the cycle of transmission of dengue fever is observed twice. The condition occurs when the season changes from dry to rainy or vice versa.

“The transition from the dry season to the rainy season causes the temperature to change. In fact, you should be aware of several diseases that usually appear during the transition” .At times like this, dengue fever is usually very widespread,” said Yusman, when contacted by phone, Sunday (6/10/2024).

Yusman said, case DHF in Cianjur Regency this year is very high. Data from the Department of Health recorded that there were almost 700 cases. Of these, figures death as much as 6 cases.
