The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hosts two blood collection sessions at its headquarters on Pery Junquera Avenue (corner with Torcuato Cayón). They will be on Tuesday, September 26 and Wednesday, September 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
From the Transfusion Center, Tejidos y Células de Cádiz they remember that after the summer, hospital activity and therefore transfusion activity increases. Therefore, they must have sufficient blood reserves to respond to the strong demand for blood products in hospitals in the province of Cádiz and Ceuta.
The center encourages the population to attend these appointments, which are in addition to the one scheduled on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Tercio de Armada offices in San Fernando for the barracks staff and to the usual blood donation points at the hospital.
