A new day, a new brand of Chinese cars. On this occasion, the brand is named after Maextro and is part of Huawei’s automotive project called HIMAin which the technology firm has teamed up with various car manufacturers to work together. Huawei develops and implements all the software and part of the technological hardware, while the car brands are in charge of engineering and manufacturing.
This alliance first began with BLOCK to create the Stelato brand, then together with Chery they created Luxeed and with Beings They created AITO. However, Maextro will be the product developed in conjunction with JAC and with them they plan to create a luxury brand that is positioned above all the previous ones.
The model with which the brand will debut will be the Maextro S800a gigantic sedan that is inspired by the design of some European super luxury models, especially Rolls-Royce y Bentley. Look, for example, at the dual-tone bodywork or the wheels that undoubtedly remind us of Rolls-Royce.
The daytime running lights are intended to look like a galaxy, and even the same thing happens with illuminated elements inside the car’s handles.

For now Huawei has not revealed any performance data, however, they have a tentative presentation date in the months surrounding the spring of 2025.
