A 6-year-old boy was admitted to the Cherkasy Regional Children’s Hospital with severe injuries: a hematoma of the brain, torn off lips and part of the genital organ, gnawed ears, traces of extinguishing cigarettes on his body. The nature of the injuries testifies to torture, and the bedsores indicate that the juvenile lay unconscious for several days.
On Friday, August 27, he spoke about a small patient on the page in Facebook deputy of the Cherkasy regional council, ex-people’s deputy Oleg Petrenko. The hospital director Nikolai Kondratsky reported details about the child’s condition in the comments to the portal. 18000.com.ua… The doctor noted: the boy needs to undergo an operation, but with his indicators it is still too risky.
Petrenko called the situation “hell on earth.” He did not reveal exactly where the torture took place, but said that the child was found in the courtyard of a house near the Children’s Park. Elderly spouses live there, the boy is an adopted grandson (the child was adopted by the son of pensioners).
According to Petrenko, the caretaker of the Children’s Park heard the screams on 24 August. Probably, it was then that the youngster was bullied.
The baby’s parents were not in the city at that time: previously, the boy’s mother was just undergoing an operation in Kiev.
“A few days later, the grandmother, in whose yard the child was injured, called an ambulance,” the deputy said.
He added that pensioners have long been considered problematic “for the entire quarter.” First, they brought in 15 Alabaevs who terrorized their neighbors. When the animals were seized, a large number of dogs appeared in the yard again, but not such large breeds.

The director of the Cherkasy Regional Children’s Hospital, in turn, noted that the boy’s condition is extremely serious.
“We need an operation, but we cannot do it, because such a state does not allow it. You cannot even transport it. Everything is unbalanced: potassium, sodium, protein – zero,” said Kondratsky.
He also added that the parents of the minor in the medical facility have not yet visited him.
