Heche left no will, so now the court is deciding who is more worthy to have $400,000, a house and land in Los Angeles. At the same time, $200,000 worth of jewelry went missing.
During the hearing, Ann’s ex-boyfriend James Tupper, with whom the actress lived for 11 years, claimed that her 13-year-old son Atlas was not allowed to collect things from his mother’s apartment. The judge ignored the reprimand, to which Tupper shook his head in disappointment.
– Why are you shaking your head? This is very disrespectful. Never shake your head if you’re about to reappear. Please take your hands out of your pockets, ladies! – boiled the judge.
Subsequently, he transferred the temporary right to manage the property to Ann’s eldest son, 20-year-old Homer, whom she gave birth to from cameraman Coleman Lafun.
Keep in mind
- The lawyers have come to the conclusion that Anne Heche’s inheritance will be equally divided between her two children.
- Lynn Michel, whose home was damaged in the crash, filed a $2 million lawsuit against Heche’s estate for emotional distress, negligence and assault on life and property.
