Abandon the 6-year-old son in a nature reserve and when the child tries to run after her, it hits him and kills him. 29-year-old Brittany Gosney is accused of premeditated murder of her son, little James Robert Hutchinson, along with her partner, 42-year-old James Hamilton. The mother killed the child after trying to get rid of him and to cover up the crime she threw the body into the river.
The woman went to a natural area in Preble County, Ohio, in the USA, where she left her son and got him out of the car. The child, however, seeing her away, tried to run towards her and in response the mother overwhelmed him for several meters, as she herself told the police. According to what is reported by the local press Gosney initially said she found her son along the trail with a head injury and took him home, but after the interrogation she admitted that she hit him and threw the body into the river.
It was she who reported the child’s disappearance, many hours after the crime, then she invented her initial version of the facts which, however, the police did not believe due to obvious inconsistencies. The woman is now in prison as well as her partner who is accused of suppression and concealment of a corpse but not of murder because it would have helped her to make the body of the child disappear, which has not yet been found.
