The DJI version already has a DJI Mini 3 Pro in its cheapest drone line. But the version that should come out soon, as the cheapest ever, will only be the DJI Mini 3.
It is anticipated that this new drone will cost around €200 less than the Pro version.
DJI is preparing to launch a new version of its DJI Mini. There are already several rumors that take the launch for granted, including what is almost clear evidence of a package with the name of DJI Mini 3. This image, which can be seen belowincludes product price at Best Buy in New Jersey.
If the price revealed in the image of this particular Mini 3 box is correct, the device could cost $859.99 with the Fly More kit, which includes the drone-equipped DJI RC remote controller and screen, along with a two-way charging hub. vie, a shoulder bag, extra propellers and screws. This, in the United States of America, is over $200 less than the $1,098 Mini 3 Pro cost with the Fly More combo. In Portugal, prices are very similar in euros (€1,019).
According to rumors, this Mini 3 kit should still carry three batteries, offering a maximum flight time higher than the 34 minutes of the Mini 3 Pro version. It can have a range of 10 km and its weight, as seen on the box, is only 249 g, which means there is no obligation to train remote pilots for drones, nor to have insurance.
Pricing for the non-RC version is €749 for the Mini 3 Pro, so factoring in the €200 difference, we could see the new Mini 3 costing something very close to €500.
So far, DJI hasn't announced any dates for a possible new release.
