Each manufacturer has adapted the GeForce RTX 3060 to their liking – some cards attract quieter cooling, while others offer an overclocked graphics core from the factory.

Nvidia, which is the manufacturer of the graphics chip, recommended a selling price of CZK 8,800 for the reference model, however, it is not officially available in the Czech Republic. In the offers of individual stores, it is possible to find only modified cards, which are even a few thousand crowns more expensive.

Nevertheless, the novelty should be the cheapest of the entire GeForce RTX 30 family. Previously introduced models are significantly more expensive. For comparison – while the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti model is offered from CZK 11,499, the other three cards with Ampere cores will cost CZK 13,999 (RTX 3070), CZK 18,999 (RTX 3080) and CZK 40,999 (RTX 3090), respectively. ).

Nvidia has high hopes for a new card – it could mainly appeal to players.

Currently, the most popular game graphics is the older GeForce GTX 1060 model, introduced in 2016. Its primacy could not be endangered by the twentieth generation, but the one with a thirty in the name could handle it. However, the performance of the new GeForce RTX 3060 has also increased up to tenfold.

This can be seen beautifully in the game Cyberpunk 2077, which squeezes the performance of even the latest graphics cards to the last drop. GeForce RTX 3060 has twice the rasterization power and up to ten times the ray-tracing power compared to GTX 1060. With the mentioned title Cyberpunk 2077, the manufacturer promises smooth play with the new card even at 60 frames per second, of course in Full HD resolution.
