Huang, 59, who studied electrical engineering at Oregon State University and Stanford University, declined to comment through a spokesperson.
At an event this week in Stockholm, Huang noted that AI will cause difficulties for society and regulators, and that while the new technology promises a bright future, it is also a source of “some potential harm.”
