In recent months, there were not a few signals that something was happening in the party – Delyan Peevski came to the fore first as a speaker, and now also as the head of the party. According to him, the future of Bulgaria is GERB in the first place, DPS – in the second place and a possible political project of the current president Rumen Radev. This is during parliamentary elections. It is possible that in March next year, with the expected rotation of the cabinet, GERB and DPS will play a major role, and PP-DB will enter the role of DPS and be in third place, said the journalist, who knows about DPS.
“If Delyan Peevski is unwanted by the Americans, why is he playing such a key role in the country now,” asked Hendaye.
According to him, Peevski is in the role of the messenger of Washington and Brussels in Saraya, but at the same time the excellent person of this Euro-Atlantic community in the management of the state. Already at the beginning of the mandate, he was pointing his finger at them: “to go to class”, recalled Ilhan Anday.
