In a press release, a copy of which reached our editorial staff this Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the Guinean professional football league announces the postponement of all matches of the 11e et 12e day of the Ligue 1 national championship.
The reasons given by the governing body of the Guinean professional football league are the participation of Sily National in the FIFA SERIES tournament which will be held from March 18 to 26, 2024 in Saudi Arabia.
The FIFA SERIE tournament is a new experimental FIFA tournament which allows the selections of the different confederations to compete against each other.
For this expedition, the Sily National will be led by a local technical staff led by the duo Souleymane Camara and Sékou Diego Soumah.
Coach Kaba Diawara will travel as a supervisor alongside the national technical director.
Remember that the Guinean coach revealed yesterday Tuesday the list of 22 players called up for this tournament. And in Kaba Diawara’s list there are 13 local players.
