Russian hockey defender Kirill Djakov became a player of the extra-league HKM Zvolen. The club informed about it on social networks.

Djakov started the 2021/2022 season in the KHL, in which he played two matches for Dinamo Riga. The 2020/2021 year played in the Belarusian league, in which he had a goal of 1 goal and 3 assists in 26 matches in the Junosť Minsk club jersey.
He has spent his career so far mainly in the KHL, where he competed in 283 matches for seven different teams, in which he scored 46 Canadian points for 6 goals and 40 assists.
Djakov is the third foreign acquisition of the reigning Slovak champion in less than seven days. Recently, he also engaged reinforcements in the offensive – the American Petr Krieger and Finn Ville Leskinen.
