The CGT continues to mobilize around health issues and in particular the difficulties encountered in healthcare establishments such as the Tarbes hospital or the Ormeau clinic. Christophe Prudhomme, spokesperson for the association of emergency physicians and CGT health delegate, is expected in Tarbes this Monday and Tuesday to participate in various times of mobilization and a public debate around the future of the health system from 20 h 30 at the labor exchange. “Emergency doctor who travels in the territories, Christophe Prudhomme will be able to explain to us his vision and the context around the health system” explains Wilfried Zapparoli, departmental secretary CGT health worried about the single hospital project between Tarbes and Lourdes. “This will be an opportunity to explain what we are going to achieve with a single site” insists Wilfried Zapparoli, evoking the remoteness and the impoverishment of the healthcare offer. It will also be a question of emergencies in the department. Christophe Prudhomme will visit the Ormeau hospital and clinic sites to meet the agents and caregivers involved and take stock of the situation.
