The Boston Celtics won their first NBA championship in 16 seasons in 2024, earning their 18th title to surpass the Los Angeles Lakers’ record. They were undoubtedly the most dominant team since the start of the season and consolidated their position with a ring.

Who was Bob Cousby?

Bob Cousy was born on August 9, 1928 and served as a point guard during the 1950s. He won six NBA championships with the Celtics in his 14-year career, and was named to 13 NBA All-Star teams and 12 All-NBA teams.

In addition to making the Massachusetts team great in the time of Bill Russellwas a member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team as one of the greatest players in NBA history.
