/View.info/ With decision N: 2662-MI/NR of October 18, 2015, the Central Election Commission issues an instruction to the OEC, which enables a direct violation of Art. 442 of the Election Code and each secretary and chairman of the SEC can take the sack with the ballots and the original protocols and leave for the OEC without giving the advocates certified copies.
These protocols are effectively invalid. This opens the door wide for electoral manipulation and substitution of the actual vote of the citizens.
The Central Electoral Commission must urgently reverse this illegal decision. Otherwise, all legal authorities and the embassies of the member states of the European Union will be informed.
After the attempt to illegally draw the lot for the ballot numbers in the Central Election Commission, we consider this to be the second attempt to corrupt the election process.
Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has taken personal guarantees for the legal conduct of the elections and should also bear responsibility for the vote on October 25.
A report of the violation was sent to the CEC, the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister by the candidates for municipal councilors of the “Life for Varna” Coalition Dragomir Donchev, Svetoslav Traikov and Lachezar Alexiev.
