With Resolution 474-NA from today, the Central Election Commission announces the elected Members of Parliament in the Forty-sixth National Assembly. See the full list HERE
Candidates for MPs elected in two multi-member constituencies are obliged to state in writing to the CEC within one day of learning which list they wish to remain elected, the CEC announced.
The one-day period starts from the second publication of the CEC decision on the commission’s website and in the BTA bulletin. The application must be in writing and handwritten.
In case the candidate does not submit a written application in time, the CEC shall declare him / her elected as a Member of Parliament from the constituency in which he / she was first registered as a candidate for Member of Parliament. The order is determined by the date and time of publication on the website of the district election commission of the decision of the DEC for registration of the respective candidate list.
