Taking into account the requirements set for the procurement, only one tenderer participated in the tender – a long-term CSDD cooperation partner SIA “Latsign” – whose offer was several times more expensive than the offers of other companies in similar procurements in Estonia and Lithuania, KP informed.
The public will be informed more about the open CP on Tuesday, June 30.
SIA “Latsign” is a Latvian-German company. Last year, its turnover was 2.134 million euros, while its profit was 452,662 euros. Last year, the company employed 15 people.
The company was founded in 1992. The chairman of its board is Andris Dambis. The legal address of “Latsign” is Bauskas Street 86, the Riga branch of the CSDD is also located at the same address.
The real beneficiaries of the company are Andris Dambis and German citizens – Bernd Toennjes a Gerd Toennjes.
