“We assess Shin Tae-yong as one of the candidates. We will interview a number of coaches including Shin Tae-yong before choosing a new coach,” continued the 52-year-old man.

In the end, Kim Pan-gon appointed Paulo Bento as the coach of the South Korean national team as of August 17, 2018. As a result, Kim Pan-gon was the same as having kicked out Shin Tae-yong from the seat of the South Korean national team coach.
