#TuitairesTarragonins has killed the cobblestone and they announce that “this is only the beginning”
The case of the stolen paving stone in the Mercadal square in Reus has caused a great stir on Twitter, and the eternal ‘war’ between Tarragona and Reus has broken out. The so-called #TuitairesTarragonins responded to the statements of the mayor of the capital of Baix Camp, Carles Pellicer, who urged the thieves to return the cobblestone, saying that they had it and that they were demanding a ‘ransom’.
In a statement on Twitter they indicated that “an undercover agent” perpetrated the “misdeed.” And to return it, they demanded free vermouth for one year, that the Mercadal square be called ‘Plaça Tarragona Capital’, that Reus “recognize once and for all that Gaurdí was from Riudoms” and a program of its own on Canal Reus TV, among other requests.
Some requests made on Friday and that yesterday Sunday had not yet received a response from the Reusense council, which is why an anonymous Tweeter from Tarragona dressed as a devil, in a room decorated with the Tarragona flag and that of the Nàstic, responded with the video « Reusenses: time is up ». In the images you can see how this anonymous Tarragona man ‘murders’ the cobblestone of Reus, and announces the worst: “Ganxets, entrust us to Sant Pere because this is only the beginning.”
