The Department of Justice of Hong Kong has previously appointed David Perry, the Queen’s Barrister of the United Kingdom, to serve as the prosecutor in Hong Kong to deal with such persons as Li Zhiying, founder of Next Media Group, and Martin Lee, founder of the Democratic Party, who were involved in the illegal assembly case at Victoria Park in August the previous year Prosecution work. The Department of Justice recently issued a statement stating that another lawyer has been appointed.
