Officers belonging to the Citizens Assistance Group (GAC) of the Provincial Citizens Security Brigade of the La Rioja Higher Police Headquarters arrested a 53-year-old man as an alleged perpetrator of a house robbery and drug trafficking felony.
The events took place last Monday in the middle of the afternoon, in a central street of Logroo when a neighbor alerted room Cimacc-091 of noises coming from a house that was currently empty, since the owner had died months earlier.

Once inside, the agents observe a man and after having identified him and proceeded to arrest him, in the superficial search in the right pocket of his trousers, they identify two plastic bags containing two hundred and forty-eight doses (248) of a narcotic substance specifically “speed” , a precision scale for weighing and various tools, specifically 3 keys and a cutter.
The author has numerous police records for property and public health crimes.
The inmate, a 53-year-old man, has more than eighteen police records, mostly for property and public health crimes, among other crimes, as well as seven charges that have already ceased.
At the time of the arrest, the perpetrator is aware of a Specific Check in force by a Logroo Court, for an offense of robbery by force.
After the preliminary investigation of the related proceeding, the prisoner, together with the recovered belongings, was placed at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
