Monday night went well to Marek Hamšík and the whole of Trabzonspor. During his debut in the highest Turkish competition, the captain of the Slovak national team scored a goal and assistance and significantly helped his current employer to a successful overture on the soil of Malatyaspor.

“We had a fantastic entry into the match. Really, winning a half of 4: 1 is a big deal in today’s even football. However, we are sorry for the goal collected. This should not happen to a team that wants to play for a league title. There is no need to give the opponent a chance to get back into the match. ”
At the end of the first half, however, you took the floor and ended the goal-interesting assistance of Gervinho. How did you see this situation?
“A fantastic pass from the defense was Berat Özdemir. When I saw that Gervinho was able to get her, I started sprinting to sixteen. It was a pretty long run, about 30 or 40 meters, but in the end it was worth it. ”

How did you play and collaborate with the players around you?
“It simply came to our notice then. I have three competitive matches and two friendly matches behind me. I have already got used to my teammates, I know what to expect from everyone. I think it will only get better. With more matches, our cooperation on the field will be even better. ”
Harder matches in the Süper Lig are yet to come, but how did you feel about the highest Turkish competition in this first match? In your eyes, how is it different from the leagues you have experienced so far?
“It was only the first match of the Turkish league, so it is difficult to discuss the level. We face much harder opponents and the league is very long. So you don’t have to have big eyes. The victory will be a pleasure, but we think we are already set for Thursday’s duel with AS Roma. ”
What kind of duel against coach Jose Mourinh’s team do you expect?
“We will play against a great team with a great coach, with a great name. We are very much looking forward to it. There will be 20,000 Turkish fans in the stands, who will definitely make a fantastic atmosphere. And when it comes to the chances of advancement, it’s hard to say. We play the first match at home and we will try to create a good starting position for retaliation. However, it is more than clear that we are facing an extremely demanding opponent, who is certainly of a different quality than Malatyaspor showed on Monday. ”
