The war in Ukraine has been a topic in the UN Security Council several times. Norway’s UN ambassador Mona Juul described on Thursday how people “flee from the atrocities of Russia’s unjust and illegal war against Ukraine”.
But Russia has a completely different version of what is going on. This is clear from a letter from Russia’s UN ambassador. In the letter, the Russians ask for support for a resolution on humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
