The calorie value of some types of Mawlid candy has been published, “per 100 grams,” according to the institute’s food analysis tables, which are as follows:

1- Beans: 444 calories.

2- Hummus: 387 calories.

3- Sesame: 619 calories.

4- Pistachios: 630 calories.

5- Almonds: 650 calories.

6- Venice: 571 calories.

7- Milk: 382 calories.

8- Nougat: 398 calories.

9- Al-Ladida: 526 calories.
