The recipe for the Swedish saffron cake

Swedish saffron cake is not only an original recipe, but also very simple.

Here are the ingredients to prepare it:

a) 200 grams of butter;

b) a sachet of saffron;

c) two eggs;

d) 3 dl of sugar;

e) 1.5 dl of milk;

f) 4 dl of flour;

g) two teaspoons of baking powder;

h) icing sugar to decorate.

Procedure:

a) Pre-heat the oven to 175 ° C;
