Thursday around 12:45 a.m., the police were called for a burglary in progress at a house on rue Philippe-Goy in Bron.
When the police arrived, the burglar was still there and tried to escape by hiding behind a door upstairs. It was there that he was arrested, in possession of a brand watch and a pair of socks, found on the spot, which served as gloves.
This 21-year-old young man, unfavorably known to the police, was taken into custody. He admitted the facts, explaining that he needed the money. He was presented to the prosecutor’s office on Friday for an immediate appearance.
