On the morning of January 6, the Bureau of the First Session of the XII Municipal People’s Congress held its third meeting.
Ma Fuguo, Guo Hao, Shi Quanxin, Tian Kaisheng, Shang Xin and Zheng Hui, the executive chairmen of the conference presidium, were seated at the podium. Shi Xinxin chaired the meeting.
The conference presidium has a total of 59 members, and 57 actually arrived, making a quorum.
The meeting heard the deliberations of delegations on the work report of the Municipal People’s Assembly Standing Committee, the work report of the Intermediate Municipal People’s Court and the work report of the Municipal People’s Procuratorate, and prepared suggestions for various candidates and the chairman, vice chairman and members of the special committees of the 12th Municipal People’s Congress Candidate situation report, heard the voting situation of Hebi City People’s Livelihood Practical Projects in 2023. Approved the report (draft) of the Conference Proposal Review Committee on Deliberation and Management of Proposals Made by Representatives. The government work report, the plan report, the financial balance sheet report, the work report of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Assembly, the work report of the Municipal Intermediate People’s Court and the termination of the work report (draft) of the Municipal People’s Procuratorate were approved by vote, and it was decided to submit the above resolutions (drafts) for deliberation by all delegations.
The assembly voted and approved the official list of candidates (draft) and the list of candidates for chairman, deputy chairman and committee members of the 12th Municipal People’s Congress (draft), and submitted them for consideration by all delegations .
The meeting voted and approved the list (draft) of the chief elector and teller elected by the general meeting, and decided to submit it to the vote of the general meeting; decided the list of counting staff.
