The Bulgarians found the fuel with a government discount of 0.25 BGN

The Bulgarians found the fuel with a government discount of BGN 0.25 and, despite the bans, they are massively filling up gas canisters with diesel and not taking them out of the trunk. This was shown by a check carried out by the “Telegraph”.

The reason is that at most gas stations the number of the car being filled is strictly monitored. The requirement is that the car is private, not company-owned, and it is not allowed to be charged in a tube outside of it.

However, many of our residents circumvent the bans. They don’t physically take the tubes out of the trunk, they just open it and stuff it inside.

A cap

If they do notice them at gas stations, they explain that their tank cap is broken and that’s why they fill up through the trunk. They insist on refueling themselves and do not want help from the corresponding forecourt assistant, often called in our country with the contemptuous name “gas man”.

Another trick, also often used on absent-minded cashiers, is to charge a company car but present a private car receipt.

“One comes with a very expensive Mercedes, pours up, but his car is driven by the company. However, he wants to take advantage of the discount and takes out an Opel coupon, which belongs to a private person, and insists that the number of this car be entered, in order to use the discount”, admitted a cashier in one of the largest and turnover chains in Bulgaria, which offers very high-quality fuels.

With them, customers mainly fill up with premium fuel, because they offer a discount like the state one, but on the condition that they present a personal card as regular customers.

Task

In another chain, the attention of the employees is tested by the so-called secret customers. They are also employees of the company, but they are charged with the difficult task of porting their colleagues in front of the superiors.

“We are often monitored and that is why we do not allow such charging, but despite this they lie to us. People are looking to save money, it is understandable at these prices,” explained a seller from another large and popular chain among Bulgarians. the owners of smaller chains and usually in the countryside in sparsely populated areas, recognized by the industry.
