/ world today news/ The results of the second round of the presidential elections in Bulgaria are coming to their logical end. The Bulgarian voter, regardless of whether he is left or right, is about to inflict a huge kick on the political status quo, on the political elite (left and right) of the status quo.
In practice, Tsetska Tsacheva was voted mainly by the administrative capacity of GERB and the marketable voters in the gypsy ghettos. But it is absolutely wrong to establish an unequivocal equality between Rumen Radev and the BSP. It is enough to listen to the General’s campaign messages. Even at the debate on Thursday, Rumen Radev gave a clear sign that he was distancing himself from Positano-20. It is enough to compare the election results (on the same day) of the first round of the presidential elections in Sofia and the mayoral elections in Mladost quarter, Sofia. The capital was red and Rumen Radev was first. In Mladost, the BSP candidate for mayor, General Stefan Stefanov, failed. He failed to reach a runoff, finishing third.
That Positano-20 tries to attribute 100% of the victory to Rumen Radev is understandable. The current leadership of the BSP with inventory numbers in the party headquarters is an inseparable part of the political status quo in our country, which is contrary to all Bulgarians. And it tries with titanic efforts to recycle itself and get a second breath. Moreover, only the media and people who have not changed their points of reference since the beginning of the 90s of the last century can claim that Rumen Radev is a man of Vladimir Putin. As well as those foreign media that manipulate their readers or simply employ illiterate journalists. This includes some Russian media.
During the pre-election period, an instructive and tragicomic scene took place at a meeting of Rumen Radev with members and sympathizers of the BSP. Before the meeting, people asked the future Bulgarian president to bring their own photos and sign autographs. Rumen Radev fulfilled the request of the members and sympathizers of the BSP. One of the narcissistic BSP leaders was standing 10 meters away from him, handing out his own autographed photos. An elderly man was confused because his queue was shorter and lied to himself that he was also handing out autographed photos of Rumen Radev. His disappointment was huge when he realized the clever trick of the BSP leader and said to him: “But boy, these are not Rumen Radev’s photos, but yours?!?” The leader smiled cheekily and said: “Karai dedi, we are one and too!”
Yes, but no!
It is precisely because of the above that Boyko Borisov will resign. And it will count on holding early parliamentary elections as quickly as possible. Boyko Borisov will expect the national results of the early parliamentary elections to repeat those of the mayoral elections in Mladost district, Sofia. More clearly, GERB should remain the first political force in the Bulgarian parliament, which at this point is not illogical. From the exaggerated statements of the leaders of the other political forces, it is obvious that they do not want early elections so quickly. They are not ready for them. Only DPS wants early elections because it knows that with the mobilization of its electorate, the results for many years are predictable, but have no potential for growth. Because DOST is a virtual-media political formation and cannot split off a serious part of the DPS electorate.
We are about to witness the “second half” of the party race in Bulgaria in the near future. Buy some popcorn and beer, be patient, and stay in front of the TVs! It will be interesting! Enjoy how gradually the Bulgarian elite (left and right) of the status quo is repainted in “Trumpist” colors. The only “one-dimensional” and frozen in his development President Rosen Plevneliev is an unsalvageable case. It floods foreign and our media with a waterfall of nonsense.
