The new balance of the 7.5 magnitude earthquake that hit southern Mexico yesterday is at least six dead and dozens of buildings damaged. The budget, confirmed by the governor of Oaxaca, Alejandro Murat, also speaks of four injured. In Oaxaca there are several damaged buildings: around 500 houses, four hospitals and 15 health centers, four schools and 51 monuments. Meanwhile, the electricity supply was restored almost everywhere after the earthquake that occurred off the coast of Oaxaca with an epicenter 23 km south of Crucecita at a depth of 5 km. The National Seismological Service reported 147 aftershocks in one hour, the strongest of magnitude 4.6. The earthquake was felt up to Mexico City, about 750 km from Crucecita. No damage to strategic infrastructures, assured President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
