He Government of the City of Buenos Aires issued a series of recommendations to minimize risks in the face of the yellow alert issued by the National Meteorological Service due to the probability of strong storms for the night.
According to the meteorological agency, lStorms can be accompanied by strong electrical activity, intense gusts, occasional hail and abundant rainfall in short periods.
Among the recommendations, the Buenos Aires government mentioned Do not drive through flooded streets, remove pots and plastic chairs from balconies and terraces, secure items found at construction sites. -such as sheets, bricks and braces, among others-, do not manipulate electrical devices that have been in contact with water.
He also requested Do not throw cans, bottles or other elements that could clog drains, nor deposit waste on public roads at unauthorized times and places, since this produces serious inconveniences in the normal storm drain system.

As for motorists, they are asked to take extreme safety measures and drive at reduced speed and always with the position lights on.
