On September 7 and 8, between 12:00 and 18:00, the Expo Igualdad Bonaerense will be held at the Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona, in La Plata
The Expo Igualdad Bonaerense seeks to strengthen alliances between the different protagonists of local production chains, from a comprehensive approach to guarantee a productive node with a gender perspective, contributing to equality and the strengthening of the Buenos Aires community.
The Expo@diseño fair will feature more than 160 stands, where female entrepreneurs, designers, businesswomen, art professionals, decorators and professionals from the productive environment and gastronomic sectors of the city of La Plata will participate.
Food producers who are part of the Mercados Bonaerenses program will be present with various proposals for marketing.
Through Cuenta DNI, the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires will offer a series of discounts that will be available only during the event: 40% discount on participating stands, with a maximum of $4,000 per share and per person; 40% discount on stores in Mercados Bonaerenses, with a maximum of $4,000 per share and per person and 30% discount on participating food stands, with a maximum of $5,000 per week and per person.
In order to promote the right to health of women and diversities, together with Expo Mujer Saludable, the Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires and private health institutions, comprehensive health promotion activities will be developed, in which information will be provided on first aid, vaccination, blood donation, prevention of diseases such as breast cancer, uterine cancer and sexually transmitted diseases.
Within the framework of the Expo, “Nosotras producimos” will be carried out, a program of the Ministry of Women and Diversity that seeks to promote actions that enhance productive experiences of women and LGTBI+ people in the province of Buenos Aires. It is a space for exchange between various productive nodes designed to promote the exchange of experiences between companies, unions, cooperatives, mutuals, universities and entrepreneurs.
At the institutional stands of the Province, the different participating ministries and organizations will provide information on their main policies and programs developed in the province of Buenos Aires.
There will be cultural activities and a varied gastronomic offering throughout the days.
