They did it. They did it, at the end of an incredibly intense series which will have reinforced the sling which rose as quickly as the rumor: the Heat was thus indeed the ideal team to hit these Bucks. Hats off gentlemen, we are still talking about a gentleman sweep in the teeth of the best team in the League for two years. Better in regular, cqfd.
From the start this Game 5 was all a bad joke for the Bucks already up against the wall for three days. Giannis Antetokounmpo announced forfeit a few minutes before the start of the match, but whatever happens it is a new trench warfare that the men of Mike Budenholzers expected. And they were entitled to it, and even worse. Do we start with the positive points? A catchy first quarter, with address on both sides but more aggressive Bucks in defense, and we say to ourselves that the pressure is in the tires, while on the side of Cras-sur-Reyssouze we rather say that the pressure we drink it. The following ? Take out the kevlars because it will hit HARD. The money time is getting closer, Giannis Antetokounmpo turns into a cheerlader on the bench but Miami does not let go. The Bucks either but the Bucks… are in the lactic and then see the end of the tunnel but on the wrong side. A few last bursts of pride like a rooster running after its head has been torn off, but the best team in the regular will finally bow to a franchise of the Heat with a devilish and devilishly well executed plan.
Final score 103-94, gentleman sweep for the Floridians, a Conf Final reached for the first time since the Heatles, rebound Bosh and everything, and on the Bucks side the time for questions which will arrive very quickly like in twelve minutes or so . Because there was no photo in this series between the fourth and the first of the regular, because Giannis fell on his Kryptonite.
