This was stated to journalists on the sidelines of the parliament by the deputy chairman of the PG of BSP LEFT BULGARIA Kornelia Ninova. She explained that the signature was made because the procedural rules did not allow individual people’s representatives to make proposals, as whole parliamentary groups could. “The constitution gives such a right to every national representative, and the rules adopted by the majority cut off this right”, stressed the deputy. – the chairman of the group of the left in the National Assembly.
Ninova recalled that even during the voting of these rules, the left expressed its position and voted against.
Zhelyo Boychev: We met with all the candidates for governor of the BNB who requested
