The British actress Maggie Smith (89), who was famous for the films ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Downton Abbey’, died.

Her two sons Toby Stephens and Chris Larkin report that Smith died in hospital surrounded by her family. He is survived by 2 sons and 5 grandchildren, who are heartbroken by the news. They thank the staff at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where she spent her final days.
