The Brandenburg state association of the FDP has submitted an urgent appeal to the Potsdam Administrative Court

“Bild am Sonntag” reports about it. The RBB decided not to invite the FDP on September 17 due to their low turnout. FDP chief candidate Zyon Braun criticized the “Bild am Sonntag” decision as a “campaign distortion at a crucial time.”

Braun continued: “Many citizens do not want fringe parties in the next state government and are wondering where they should cast their vote. The RBB’s decision takes a crucial choice off the table to the viewers.” He sees it as an attempt to “anticipate election results.” Lawyer Niko Härting, who represents the FDP, told “Bild am Sonntag”: “The party law is clear. ” The relevance of a party is not determined by the latter concept, but by the national and state political importance of the party.
