A nine-year-old boy was seriously injured in a fireworks accident on Saturday. According to police, the boy was playing outside with his brother when they found fireworks at a nearby playground. He played with a piece, after which fireworks exploded in the boy’s hands. He was seriously injured.
According to the police it is not a crime but a fatal accident with very serious injuries. The boy was taken to the hospital.
No injuries were reported, a police spokesman said. According to her, it is no longer possible to find out what kind of fireworks they were. “But we can talk about heavy fireworks.”
