The boy (1) who fell into the river in Geiranger has died – VG

Extensive search for the boy of almost two years who fell into a river in Geiranger has been ongoing since just before 16.00.
The emergency services, rescue helicopter and several air ambulances participated in the search. The lifeboat DNVII, divers and the Red Cross have also contributed.

At 20.06, the police wrote on Twitter that a local contractor would try to dam the river where the boy disappeared to reduce / remove the water flow and thus facilitate the search.
